Calming Herbs
1) Skullcap
Skullcap supports and nourishes the nervous system. It is a go-to herb for stress and worry. Skullcap is also an antispasmodic, therefore it can relieve muscle tension from stress.
2) Lemon Balm
Lemon balm is considered a relaxing herb that will ease anxiety, panic, or irritability. Lemon balm is also an antispasmodic and can calm a racing heartbeat.
3) Chamomile
Chamomile will ease indigestion, soothe aching muscles, and produce a calming affect that promotes sleep. Chamomile will also support frazzled nerves and irritability.

Source Quality Herbs
When creating herbal tea blends, it is important to source quality herbs that will truly support your body. Personally, I also prefer organic herbs to ensure that they are not sprayed with pesticides that will do more harm than good.
Azure Standard offers affordable, organic herbs delivered to a drop site near you each month. Check out the herbs they offer!
I shop at Azure Standard when searching for herbs and stock my herb collection a little more each month.
