2) For a good quality meatballs that stays together, you will need good bread crumbs. I like to grab a few slices of homemade sourdough, dry them out in the oven at 250 F 30 minutes, and put them through the food processor to make my own bread crumbs.
3) Parmesan cheese is the star of this dish! The gooey cheese holds the meatball together and makes each one burst with flavor!
How to Make this Rabbit Meat Recipe
1) Combine ground rabbit meat, egg, bread crumbs, shredded parmesan, and seasonings into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2) With a 2 tbsp measuring spoon, scoop the meatball mixture, roll into a ball, and place on a cooking sheet covered with parchment paper.
3) Make 16 meatballs and space evenly on the pan.
4) Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temp of 160 F degrees.
