These peanut butter lactation cookies will become your new favorite mom treat to eat yourself and share with a friend!

Ingredients for Milk Supply

1) Oats – Honestly, there are no studies to definitively prove that oats boost milk supply, however, millions of women have seen a boost in supply when consuming oats. Oats are high in iron and other minerals that help to replenish a woman’s depleted iron from childbirth and nourish the whole body.

2) Coconut – Coconut is a unique saturated fat that supports a woman’s hormones when producing milk and creates richer, fattier, more nutritious breast milk for baby. Saturated fats nourishes baby’s brain as he/she continues to grow and develop.

3) Brewers Yeast – Brewers yeast is rich in B vitamins, chromium, iron, and protein. It supports a woman’s overall health and nutrition, boosts energy, and promotes milk production.

4) Peanut Butter – While peanut butter doesn’t necessarily help with lactation, it IS a source of protein. Protein is essential to fuel a woman’s body as she burns extra calories to produce milk for baby.
