Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have to wait for the tea to cool before adding the honey? Raw honey contains beneficial bacteria for the body. If the honey is placed into something that is too hot, the bacteria will die and the honey is no longer raw. Allow the tea to cool to preserve the benefits of raw honey.

Can I use a different kind of mint? Yes, you could use peppermint, but know that peppermint has a much stronger flavor and may not pair as well with the lemon.

Are these popsicles hydrating? Yes! These popsicles are a great way to hydrate your body on a hot day!
