FAQ

Is this herbal immunity tea safe for kids? Yes! This tea tastes like “juice” and will be a real hit with the kids! If you are serving the tea to a child under 1 years old, swap out raw honey for pure maple syrup.

Why does the recipe add the honey after the tea has cooled? Raw honey is a living food with live bacteria that benefits our gut microbiome. To protect the benefits of raw honey, do not add it to the boiling tea. Add the honey when the tea is still warm enough to melt the honey, but not hot enough to kill the helpful bacteria.

When should I drink this tea? You can certainly drink this herbal immunity blend when you are actively sick, but the tea is best used as a regular immune booster to prevent sickness.
