– Thaw the ground beef completely

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
2 cup broccoli (1 head)
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water

Directions
- In the pot, cook the ground beef until it is completely cooked through.
- Strain the fat off of the beef by dumping is in a strainer bowl and setting the meat aside.
- In the pot, saute the minced garlic and chopped onions until the onions are translucent. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pan if needed to keep the onions from sticking.
- Add the chopped broccoli to the pan and saute with the garlic and onions.
- Add 1/2 cup of water to the pot and place a lid over the pot to steam the broccoli.
- Allow the broccoli to steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
- Next, add the ground beef and cooked rice into the pot with the honey, salt, and coconut aminos.
- Stir the mixture until everything is well combined and cooked through.
- Add a dash of red pepper flakes for added spiciness.
