1 full rabbit
1 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp garlic
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Rinse the rabbit meat and pat dry before placing it into the pan.
- Rub all of the meat down with the softened butter.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the spices and seasonings.

- Spread the seasonings all over the rabbit meat making sure every part is covered.
- Bake the rabbit meat at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
- For a little extra crisp, broil the meat at 500 F for 3-5 minutes before removing from the oven.
